THE SPIRIT OF THE HAND & THE OCEAN
Each piece from Maison Linda Clarini is a hand-crafted micro-sculpture. Because I work with natural (biomineral) seashell, the color, size, and thickness vary from one creation to another. This is the Ocean's signature and the guarantee that your jewelry, talisman, or charm is strictly unique and artisanal.
Imperfection is my standard for Authentic Beauty.
SHIPPING AND RESPONSIBILITIES
I prepare each shipment with the utmost care. However, the House cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss attributable to the carrier.
For your peace of mind, I highly encourage you to opt for a tracked or signature-required option when placing your order.
THE TIME OF CREATION
Your order is processed as soon as your payment is validated. In the absence of payment within 7 days, the order will be automatically canceled to release the precious seashell fragments for other creations.

THE MAISON CLARINI CONCIERGERIE
If your piece does not bring you complete satisfaction, you have 14 days to request an exchange or a return (excluding customized orders). To be eligible, the jewelry, talisman, or charm must not have been worn and must rest in its original "Art of Gifting" case, accompanied by its Certificate of Exception and, if possible, its proof of purchase.

Return and reshipping costs are at your expense.

If the Atelier's Conciergerie provides you with a return label, its cost will be deducted from the reshipping fees.
All returns must be reported to me via the Conciergerie with a valid tracking/order number.
THE L/C ADJUSTMENT & COLOR PRIVILEGE
To err is human, and true luxury means peace of mind.
For over 10 years, the Atelier has made it a point of honor to ensure your jewelry fits and pleases you perfectly.
If the size or the color of the beads needs to be adjusted upon receipt, simply contact me via the Conciergerie so we can arrange the complimentary readjustment together.
IS THIS VALID ON A CUSTOMIZED PIECE?
Absolutely. The L | C Privilege applies to all of my creations.
As with all my models, simply take care to place it in its "Art of Gifting" case and return it to me along with its Certificate of Exception and, if possible, your proof of purchase.
