The brilliance of gold and silver is guaranteed for life.
Because I know the reliability of my creations as well as the durability of 14-karat Gold Filled and 925 sterling silver, I commit far beyond standard practices with a 2-year warranty, parts and labor, including on custom models which are usually excluded from this type of warranty.
Note: Gold Plating, due to its nature as a thin layer of gilding, is not a precious metal and does not benefit from this 2-year warranty against metal tarnishing.
What is covered: A broken wire or an assembly defect.
The promise: If your jewelry experiences a technical flaw under normal use, I will repair or replace it free of charge.
The key: Just have your Certificate of Exception (found inside your "Art of Gifting" gift box) and if possible your proof of purchase, then contact me via the 24/7 chat—I will reply as soon as I put down my tools..
2 | THE RIGHT TO MAKE A MISTAKE: YOUR "SERENITY" PRIVILEGE
Choosing the perfect size from a distance can be intimidating. To ensure your experience remains serene, I created the Linda Clarini Privileges.
My jewelry is crafted on a high-resistance technical thread with shape memory. For over 10 years, the Atelier has made it a point of honor to ensure your jewelry fits you perfectly by offering Custom-Made options.
However, if the size is not quite right: you are entitled to a complimentary adjustment privilege (for both size and bead color). Even on a customized model, we will find a solution together.
Noble Materials & Serenity: Miyuki beads, lifetime brilliance guaranteed for 24K Gold, 14K Gold-Filled, and 925 Sterling Silver. The assembly of your creation comes with a 2-year Warranty and the "Adjustment Privilege" (the complimentary right to error on custom sizing and the color of your Miyuki beads).

Noble Materials & Traceability: Seashells from the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, Gold and Silver sourced from ethical French companies. Glass beads (Miyuki) dyed through the core.
French Design House: No outsourcing. Each seashell is polished, drilled, cut, sculpted, and shaped by my own hands. Every chain and ring is formed and soldered at the Atelier.
