Shipping: Once your order is confirmed and paid, you will receive the Workshop's address in a separate email.
Return Shipping: Include a self-addressed, pre-paid bubble envelope in your package. Preferably with tracking (registered mail or signature required).
Delivery: Within 7 days maximum depending on its destination, your treasure returns transformed, ready to be mounted into jewelry.

The Diagnosis before the procedure: I do not drill "blindly".
I have never had to use it (I haven't broken any seashells for many years), but I have nonetheless established the "Fragment Pact". It consists of sending me 3 cleaned and sorted seashells > wrap each one in paper and write its number on it, in order of preference.
This is your safety net to guarantee an ideal result, just in case the material decides to split under the tool if it is weakened. Unused fragments join my library of materials to feed future creations.
I know how attached one can get to a specific seashell, so I understand your desire to have only that shell and no other; I agree to drill it if you accept the risk. Should it break despite my expertise, I promise you we will find a solution together.
Offering you one of my rare seashells (a grey one, for instance), an exceptional mother-of-pearl, or trying the traditional Japanese art of Kintsugi, which consists of repairing a broken object by highlighting its scars with gold instead of hiding them.
Upon receiving your treasure, I perform a diagnosis of your seashells. If I judge that one of your fragments is truly too fragile or presents a risk of breaking, I will contact you before taking any action.
